Applying for Graduation
- Initiate your Graduation Application at the Registrar's Office in Frasier Hall.
- When your packet is ready, pick it up from the Registrar's Office and bring it to the following applicable offices so that you can obtain the necessary signatures: Honors College, Minor Departments (Math, MIS, etc.), Dual Major Departments (non-Engineering).
- Then bring the packet to the Engineering Advising Center for a graduation audit of your major. We will route your application in order to obtain the necessary signatures (Advisor, Chair, Dean). At this time you may need to complete your departments exit interview or survey. The Engineering Advising Center staff will call you when the packet is ready for pick up.
- The final step is to bring the packet to the Cashier's Office by the deadline and pay the filing fee.
